Olinda House

ENQUIRE NOW CALL US ENQUIRE NOW CALL US About the ProjectArchitect: Bent Architecture Photographer: Tatjana Plitt Sassafras is a township in the Dandenong Ranges of Victoria. Olinda House was built broadly on the footprint of the original house to minimise site impact and maintain existing trees. The exterior cladding used here is our 120 x 19 Ironbark Cladding with a Cutek Stain. This timber was chosen due to its excellent durability and the fact it has the highest Bal rating acheivable for a natural timber. Olinda House was shortlisted in 2020 for the Architecture and Design National Sustainability Awards ‘single dwelling new’ category.
